How to avoid the scratches...

i found my eyeglasses are always be scratched easily. My last 3 pairs eyeglasses all have this problem... Do you have any good idea about how to avoid this? I do like my new prescription and i don't want to change it because of this problem...

I just bought prescription glasses last week in our local store. Unfortunately, the left lens cracked right through the hole that was drilled to attach the frame.
