I am 16 years old. But I just got nearsightedness and have to wear prescription glasses.

Hello, dear amir. How long have you got nearsightedness? I think there are some bad habits that damage your vision in your daily life. Just like watching TV or read book long time or play computer over two hours. You should let your eyes have a rest every hour while you were reading, watching tv, or playing computer.
